Description
In the Ministry of Finance, Rafiq leads and organizes major building and infrastructure project reviews to drive optimization and value-for-money implementation. He also supports policy reviews and organizes project leadership development programs. He has over 25 years’ professional experience in engineering and business development roles, including managing development projects such as hospitals, schools, parks, buildings, utilities infrastructure and township facilities in both public and private sectors. Rafiq had also advocated and facilitated adoption of enterprise info-tools during the early dot-com era to improve collaboration amongst stakeholders, and drive process efficiency and effectiveness for project and property management.
