Benoît Dupuis has been advising leading companies in the energy, water and infrastructure industries with a particular focus on the delivery of major infrastructure projects worldwide. He is currently holding the position of executive director (in charge of procurement, legal and contract management) at Société du Grand Paris (Grand Paris Express). His practice covers a wide range of areas including Project Finance, Construction law, public procurement, M&A and litigation. He acquired over the years a deep insider’s view of the requirements and expectations of large companies (among the most demanding in their respective fields of activity) as regards legal support and strategic advice and is experienced in handling complex transactions in multicultural environments.
