Dr Marcia Rocha is a scientist that has more than 10 years experience working on the interface between climate science and policy. At the OECD, she heads the Climate Quantitative Assessments team, of the Climate, Biodiversity and Water division in the Environment Directorate, a team responsible for distilling and translating the most recent and state-of-the-art science into policy.
