Description

Tondalayo Hall has 20 years of non-profit experience in case management, early childhood education, volunteer management, youth development, and workforce development. For 3 years, Tondalayo oversaw the Financial Opportunity Center and Bridges to Career Opportunities Program of Wesley Community Center. With contextualized learning, Bridges provides clients with the academic and employability skills to prepare for training at the community college and careers in healthcare and early childhood education. Recently, Tondalayo launched the Adult Literacy Programs of Wesley as the Director. She leads the digital literacy, GED, and workforce development programs targeting opportunity youth. Prior to joining Wesley’s team, Tondalayo trained supervisors and managers from across southeast Texas and regions of Louisiana in Wal-Mart’s Academy, located in Tomball, TX. Tondalayo has a Master of Science from Cardinal Stritch University, a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a certificate in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. About 5 years ago, Tondalayo relocated with her family from Milwaukee, WI to Houston, TX.
