Description

Luca is an empirical microeconomist at the Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs of the OECD, and a research fellow at the KU Leuven (Belgium). His main interest is the analysis of firm capabilities (technology adoption, intangible assets, skills) and productivity, and their policy implications. His previous work experience includes spells at the EBRD, the European Commission, UNCTAD and the World Bank. He holds a PhD in Economics from the KU Leuven, two masters from the Paris School of Economics and the Ecole Normale Supérieure (Paris), and a Bachelor degree from the University of Bologna.
