Description

Dr. George McCarthy (Mac) is President and CEO of the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy in Cambridge, MA. The Lincoln Institute strives to improve public dialogue and decisions about land policy through education, research, policy evaluation, and demonstration projects that integrate theory and practice and provide a nonpartisan forum for multidisciplinary perspectives on public policy concerning land, both in the U.S. and internationally.
