Description
Regina Lemos is Director in the Directorate of Transfers and Partnerships of the Union of the Secretariat of Management and Innovation, of the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services in the government of Brazil.
Lawyer graduated from PUC-Rio, postgraduate in Public Law and Labor Law and Master in Public Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. She has worked with Agreements since 2005, initially as Grantor at the Ministry of the Environment and, from 2013, as manager of the centralized system of agreements at the Ministry of Planning. She provided purchasing training in two municipalities in the state of Rio de Janeiro.
