Description
Kathleen Mangune has worked for the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) for more than 20 years. She currently holds the position of Director IV of the NEDA Infrastructure Staff, which primarily deals with policy formulation, planning and programming, and investment appraisal related to accelerating infrastructure development in the country. Dir. Mangune graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the Philippines, and a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from the University of New South Wales in Australia.
