Description
Frank works in the National Investment Office in Ireland's Department of Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform. The National Investment Office oversees and reports on Government wide infrastructure investment. Frank's main responsibility is maintaining and promoting the Infrastructure Guidelines, which is the national framework within which departments ensure appropriate accounting for and value for money in public capital expenditure. Frank has previously worked in Education expenditure policy and public sector pay policy.
