Description
Mr Kai Hämäläinen has been working on regulation of the nuclear waste management field since 2007. His main task has been the regulation of the spent fuel disposal project in Finland. Other responsibilities cover regulation of nuclear waste disposal facilities, decommissioning of nuclear facilities, transportation of nuclear waste and materials and management of low and intermediate level radioactive waste in NPPs.
