Artjoms Uršuļskis
Parliamentary Secretary of Ministry of Health
Artjoms Uršuļskis (born in 1989) has served as the Parliamentary Secretary of Ministry of Health since August 2023. Prior to that he served as the Parliamentary Secretary of Ministry of Welfare. Uršuļskis worked at the U.S. Embassy Riga as Political Specialist from 2017 through January 2023.
He previously served as the Advisor to the Saeima European Affairs Committee and as Project Coordinator for Latvian Presidency of the Council of the European Union. He has also worked in the Central Election Committee of Latvia and Reform Party parliamentary group.
Uršuļskis holds a master’s degree in international relations and a bachelor’s degree in international relations/European studies from Riga Stradins University. He is a native Russian and Latvian speaker and speaks English fluently.
