Description

Gard Lindseth is a Senior Adviser in the Norwegian Ministry of Climate and Environment. Lindseth has been a part of the Norwegian UNFCCC negotiation team since 2013 and is the lead negotiator on climate finance for Norway. He works mainly with issues of climate finance and bilateral environmental cooperation with developing countries. Lindseth holds a doctoral degree in political science with a thesis on climate change politics at different levels of governance.
