Description
With more than 15 years of experience in the public sector and government administration, Mirtha has held various senior management positions, having served in the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM) and in the Ministries of Economy and Finance, Transport and Communications, Education, among others. She has also worked in the Supervisory Agency for State Procurement (OSCE), has been Secretary General and Acting Head of the Public Procurement Center (PERÚ COMPRAS), a member of the Board of Directors of the Supervisory Agency for Government Procurement (OSCE), Legal and Administrative Manager and Head of Internal Legal Advice at the National Superintendency of Tax Administration (SUNAT), and General Manager of the Office of Social Security Standardization (ONP).
A lawyer from the National University of San Marcos, graduate of the Master's Degree in Public Management from the Pacific University (UP) and the Master's Degree in Regulation from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC). Mirtha carried out specialized studies in Construction Law, Public Organization Management, Public Procurement, and Arbitration in Contracts with the State.
