Rowena Candice Ruiz is the Executive Director V of the Government Procurement Policy Board – Technical Support Office (GPPB-TSO) since October 2018 and has since been at the helm of pushing for a more responsive, agile and sustainable public procurement through data-driven policy recommendations to the GPPB; implementation of a more proactive capacity development program; and use of technology and data analytics in innovating procurement monitoring.
