Description
Asec. Michel André P. del Rosario is a public servant with a background in Psychology, and Public Administration. He specializes in Project/Program Management; Political Communications, Strategy, and Operations; Constituency Building and Stakeholder Relations; Campaign Management and Public Relations. He holds a Master's in Management, major in Public Administration (MMPA) from the Philippine Christian University and a degree in Psychology.
Asec. del Rosario currently serves as the Assistant Secretary for the Office of the Secretary in the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) directly under the Press Secretary. He functions as the Press Secretary’s focal for communications support for peace, security, and development related concerns. He assists the Press Secretary in ensuring that the President’s communications and messaging agenda is supported in these key areas of concern in line with the President’s Unified Messaging in Government Communications cabinet directive. He Chairs the Information Working Group (IWG) of the National Task Force on the West Philippine Sea (NTF-WPS), leads the Strategic Communications of the Inter-Cabinet Coordination Mechanism for Normalization or ICCMN, and Co-Chairs the Strategic Communications Cluster of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) and the Social Media Cluster of NAP-PCVE.
