Parliamentary Attaché from 1993 to 1997 to the cabinet of Gilles de Robien, President of the UDF group, she participated very largely in the drafting of the Robien law relating to the development and the incentive reduction of working time by collective agreement of company (June 11, 1996). From 2002 to 2007, she was an advisor to the cabinet of Gilles de Robien, Minister of Equipment, Transport, and Territory, and then of the Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research. From 2007 to 2013, she was also a Lecturer in Public Law at Paris IV Sorbonne. Assistant to the mayor of Suresnes since 2008, she initiates and develops an ambitious HR policy based on social dialogue, supported by the ILO, with its "charter of recognition of the union path" signed in October 2009 with its 3 unions (CGT, CFDT, FO) in addition to around thirty agreements made. In October 2017, she was appointed Vice-President in charge of Social Dialogue in the Ile-de-France Region, where she signed seven agreements in three years. She is also a member of the Higher Council of the Territorial Public Service, and of the Joint Council of Public Service.
