Description
Nguyen Thi Thanh Hai is an associate professor of human rights with the Institute for Human Rights, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Hanoi, Vietnam. She holds a Masters in Human Rights Law from the University of Hong Kong and a PhD in human rights from Law School of the University of Sydney. She has more than 20 years woking in human rights as a researcher, lecturer and trainer. Her areas of expertise include international human rights, human rights of the vulnerable groups, human rights based approach, and gender equality. In rencently years, she has extensive experience working on business and human rights topic. She has work with UNDP to conduct a regulatory framework on human rights and responsible business in Vietnam.
