Jack is Programme Lead at the Open Data Institute. He leads the ODI's work to explore and apply new data institutions - organisations that steward data on behalf of others for public, charitable and educational purposes. Jack joined the ODI in July 2014 and has worked with startup, multinational corporate and government clients on a number of research and advisory projects. His other interests include involving the public, patients and other stakeholders in the stewardship of health data, and the flows of data between cities and private sector organisations.
