Fulya Pınar Özcan is International Relations Secretary, Project Manager and President of Women’s Commitee in Textile, Garment and Leather Trade Union Öz İplik-İş since 2006. In her current position as International Relations Secretary and head of Gender Equality department she develops and implements projects/programs, maintain network between International organisations and Union
She is member of National Monitoring Commitees of Global brands who sign Global Framework aggrements.Recently She is elected as vice president of ETUC women’s commitee which represent 22 million women workers through out Europe
Özcan is a member of the European Trade Union Confederation Executive Board, the Migration Committee and the International Development Permanent Committee, the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC) Women's Committee and the ITUC-AP Women's Committee, produces innovative projects and also acts as the coordinator.
