Alexandra Behns has a background in international communication management and international relations and has been working in the field of international cooperation for the past 10 years. After completing her studies in Germany, Mexico, and the UK, she joined a trainee program with the UN in New York, before she started working for the German Development Cooperation GIZ in 2011. Coming from GIZ‘s strategy unit, in 2018 she joined FABRIC Asia, a regional project that fosters sustainability in the textile and garment industry in Asia, where she is responsibile the regional component and activities with China.
