Description
Vladimir Georgiev is a Commissioner in the State Commission for Prevention of Corruption since 2019. Before that he has been working in the Secretariat of the Commission for 16 years on different tasks including as a coordinator of the activities for drafting of several National Anti-corruption strategies with Action plans in North Macedonia, member of the working groups for implementation of the GRECO recommendations etc. In parallel with the work on prevention of corruption and conflict of interests at national level, he also acts as a evaluator at international level, e.g. UNCAC, OECD ACN, member of Greco Evaluation Teams in rounds IV and V of GRECO in several member countries. As a Commissioner he has various tasks including working on cases with allegations of corruption committed by public officials.
