Matthew Genasci is a Senior Investment Stewardship Manager in the London office of Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM). As a member of the corporate governance team, Matthew leads engagements with NBIM’s investee companies and standard setters on anti-corruption and tax & transparency. Prior to joining NBIM, Matthew worked as a lawyer and policy advisor, focusing principally on extractive sector governance and taxation. He has a law degree from Stanford Law School and a master’s in international relations from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
