Description

Jennifer Lewis is a senior international development professional, lawyer and recognized anti-corruption and democratic governance expert with over 26 years of experience designing and leading development programs and strategy around the world. Jen is currently the Deputy for Programs of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID)’s Anti-Corruption Task Force (ACTF), where she leads efforts to both strengthen and scale the Agency’s anti-corruption programming, and to address corruption across sectors. She also leads USAID’s Summit for Democracy anti-corruption initiatives and programming, as well as USAID mission and donor engagement. Jen serves as Co-Chair of the OECD/DAC’s Anti-Corruption Task Team and USAID's representative to the Open Government Partnership, Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative, and the World Bank’s Global Partnership for Social Accountability. She holds a JD from American University's Washington College of Law and a BS from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service.
