Description
Klaus Moosmayer is the Chief Ethics, Risk & Compliance Officer of Novartis, and a member of the company’s Executive Committee. His mission at Novartis is to build a holistic ethics, risk and assurance management system, leveraging learnings from behavioral science and the use of innovative technology.
Prior to joining Novartis in 2018, he served as the Chief Compliance Officer of Siemens. For many years, Klaus has been connected with the OECD and its business integrity efforts; he chaired the Anti-Corruption Committee of Business@OECD between 2013-2020 and has since served as a Member of the Executive Board of Business@OECD. Klaus also chaired or co-chaired the Compliance&Integrity Taskforces of B20 during the G20 presidencies of Germany, Argentina, Saudi-Arabia, Italy, and Indonesia. He was also recently appointed as a member of the new Global Future Council of the World Economic Forum for Good Corporate Governance.
