Description

Salvador Dahan has a law degree from Mackenzie University, with MBA in Risk and Security Management from FECAP, a postgraduate degree in Business and Community Leadership from INSPER/SP. Holds a certification on International Directors Program from INSEAD/France and a Board of Directors program from IBGC (Brazilian Corporate Governance Institute). He has 25 years of experience in the Compliance, Risk and Governance fields, having worked in large multinational companies. At the beginning of his career, he founded the company Prot Consulting and worked for over six years as an Associate Director and Senior Consultant, working in the risk management fields. From 2005 to 2007, he was Risk and Investigation Manager LATAM at Procter & Gamble, and from 2007 to 2016, he was Global Compliance and Corporate Security General Manager at Gerdau Group. In 2017, he joined Nissan Motors, initially as Director of Governance, Risk, Compliance and Audit for Latin American operations and in 2019 he was promoted to the global Risk, Compliance and Privacy role in Japan. From May 2021 to May 2023, Salvador returned to Brazil to take on the Chief Governance and Compliance Officer at Petrobras. In addition, he is Vice-President of the Integrity and Corporate Responsibility Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) – Chapter Brasil and member of the Advisory Board of the Transparency Movement of the UN Global Compact – Brazil Network.
