Senior business leader, professor of international universities and advisory board member focus on strategies towards a culture of integrity. Specialist in corporate governance, compliance, audit, finance, investigation, change management, reputational management and ESG. Strong international and multicultural background after leading projects in 5 continents with 26 years of experience. In 2016, Olga accepted the Chief Compliance Officer position, at the peak of the reputational crisis, of the company responsible for one of the largest corruption case documented in Latin American history. At that time, the Company announced it would collaborate with the authorities, initiate a transformation journey, and break with the past. Along that journey, she successfully overcame the challenges of setting up and implementing a Compliance Program that supported the culture change and the authorities´ requirements. She led the projects that lets the company achieves vitals results for the Company, such as, having the Compliance Program certified by the independent monitor of the U.S. Department of Justice, and by the Brazilian Ministério Público Federal, in November 2020, and certified by ISO 37001 in June 2021. Olga also coordinates the Compliance Commission of the Brazilian Institute of Law and Ethics – IBDEE, has already coordinated the Brazilian Anti-Corruption working group of the UN Global Compact. She has been consequently recognized as one of the most admired compliance professionals in Brazil.
