Biography
As part of the Minerals team of the OECD Centre for Responsible Business Conduct, Luca has carried out research on human rights abuses, conflict financing, corruption and money laundering linked to selected mineral supply chains, provided technical policy advice on national regulatory initiatives and industry-led initiatives related to responsible business conduct in the extractives sector, and designed capacity building programmes for industry, government and civil society organisations. Previously, Luca worked in development cooperation on illicit financial flows and in three different research centres on water, migration and security in the Mediterranean.
