Khrystyna Zelinska – manager of Innovative projects program of Transparency International Ukraine. A member of the Complaints Committee of the Complaints Committee at the SoE ProZorro.Sale.
Has extensive experience of implementing the best practices of transparency and efficiency, monitoring, training and consulting in Ukrainian public procurement more than 5 years.
In Transparency International Ukraine manages projects of developing and providing electronic instruments for reducing the corruption risks in spheres of economic sector of Ukraine – public procurement, sale and leases state/communal properties, small-scale privatization, transparent state owned enterprises financial reporting etc.
