Chair of the Parliamentary Network on the World Bank & International Monetary Fund (IMF)
Sven Clement is a Member of Parliament in Luxembourg. He serves as Chair of the Parliamentary Network on the World Bank & International Monetary Fund. In this capacity, he works to strengthen parliamentary oversight of international financial institutions and promote inclusive, sustainable development policies. He also serves as Rapporteur for the NATO Parliamentary Assembly's Science & Technology Committee. Prior to his political career, Sven was a software engineer and entrepreneur, founding several technology companies. This unique combination of tech expertise and parliamentary experience informs his work on digital governance, financial transparency, and democratic accountability in multilateral institutions.
