Biographie
Mr. Ahmed Akhchichine is the second Vice-President of the House of Councillors. He was a member of the Higher Education Council in 2006. He is former Minister of National Education, Higher Education, Executive Training and Scientific Research.
He is a higher education professor, communications consultant and international expert for several international organizations. He was general director of the subsidiary of the Canadian design office “Léger & Léger” in Morocco before occupying the position of general director of the High Authority of Audiovisual Communication (HACA). He is currently Vice-President of the council of the Marrakech Safi Region which he previously chaired. He is a member of the political bureau of the Authenticity and Modernity (PAM) party. Mr Ahmed Akhchichine holds a PhD in information and communication sciences from the University of Paris II. He is also a laureate of the French Press Institute in Paris and the Higher Instit
