Biographie
Ilhom Zoirovich Abdullayev is Chairperson of the Committee on Innovative Development and Information Technologies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He also serves as a member of the Commission on Public Initiatives and represents the Caucus of the Milliy Tiklanish Democratic Party of Uzbekistan. Mr. Abdullayev has extensive experience in public administration and parliamentary affairs, with a particular focus on innovation policy, digital transformation, and information technologies. He holds a higher education degree and is proficient in Russian and English. In recognition of his contributions to public service and national development, he was awarded the Order of Friendship (“Do‘stlik”) in 2018.
