Description
Emilie Berger is a policy analyst in the OECD’s Environment Directorate, where she works on green finance and investment, with a particular focus on transition finance and the interaction between public policy, investment and corporate transition strategies. She has authored and contributed to several OECD reports and papers on transition finance, industrial transformation and industry and sectoral policy, informing both international policy discussions and country-specific peer and accession reviews.
Before joining the Environment Directorate, Emilie worked in the OECD’s Directorate for Science, Technology and Innovation on industrial and structural transformation, innovation and competitiveness, including work on the steel and shipbuilding sectors. Earlier in her career, she worked in the Austrian Federal Chancellery and the Austrian Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs.
