Vincent Schott is an Energy Finance Specialist at the World Bank, where he works on the Solar Risk Mitigation Initiative (SRMI), hosted by the Energy Sector Management Assistance Program (ESMAP). He advises governments and utilities across francophone and anglophone Africa on mobilizing private investment in renewable energy, including solar-plus-storage projects. His work covers competitive tender design, project finance structuring, PPA and concession contract review, and risk mitigation.
