Access to the OECD Conference Centre

Prior in-person registration is required to attend the event at the OECD Conference Centre.

On the day of the event: 
-> To collect your OECD entry badge upon arrival at the OECD Conference Centre, you will be asked to present an identity card or passport and a copy of the email confirming your in-person registration for the event.

 -> Badges will be available at the Welcome Pavilion from 8:00 am. Please allow a minimum of 30-45 minutes for the access procedures. The sessions will start at the time indicated on the event agenda section of this site. Please plan to be seated in the room at least 5 minutes before the start of each session. 

-> For security reasons, you must wear your visitor's badge at all times.

Visas 

Please note that the OECD cannot organise a visa on your behalf.  No financial support is available for participants' travel to and stay in Paris.

Once your on-site participation request has been approved and your registration has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow a couple of weeks for this confirmation email to arrive. This email will be the only confirmation of your in-person registration for the event. Further correspondence, such as a formal letter of invitation, cannot be provided.

European Union (EU) citizens do not require a visa for entry into France. 

Non-EU citizens should consult the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs website.
