Meeting & Venue

The OECD Critical Minerals Forum will take place on Tuesday, 28 April (09:00) – Wednesday, 29 April (17:00) at the OECD Istanbul Centre, located in Odakule Business Center, 142 Istiklal Caddesi, Beyoğlu, Istanbul. Some sessions and related events will also be held at the Pera Palace Hotel, located at Meşrutiyet Cad. No: 52, Tepebaşı, Istanbul, approximately a three-minute walk from the OECD Istanbul Centre. Participants are kindly invited to consult the agenda for the detailed programme and session locations.

Additional Information

When at the OECD Istanbul Center 

Invited participants and their accompanying delegations are requested to register via the dedicated online registration link, available from 20 March. Due to capacity and security considerations, registration is limited to invited participants and their delegations.

For security reasons, an official event badge is required and must be worn visibly at all times within the venue. Badges can be collected on the day of the event from 09:00 at the registration desk located in the Odakule Conference Area (1st floor) upon presentation of a valid ID.

Participants are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the meeting to allow sufficient time for registration and security procedures. This is particularly important for those wishing to attend the BIAC “Business at OECD” mining-focused session, taking place from 09:15 to 10:45.

Please consult the agenda for detailed session timings and access information, as participation in certain segments may be by invitation only.
