Marta Andhov, PhD, is an Associate Professor in Commercial Law at the University of Auckland and an affiliated Associate Professor at the University of Copenhagen. An internationally recognised expert in strategic public procurement regulation and governance, leader of several externally funded international research projects. Marta has advised and collaborated with various national agencies and institutions, including the United Nations, WTO, European Commission, European Parliament, ILO, and CIPS in the APAC region. Her research has been cited by the First Advocate General of the Court of Justice of the EU. A Fulbright Scholar and TEDx Ambassador Award winner, she also co-hosts Bestek – The Public Procurement Podcast.
