Description
For more than 10 years, Mr. Kęstutis Kazulis has worked as the Head of the Public Procurement Department at the Kaunas Clinical Hospital, which was one of the first public entities to start green public procurements back in 2018. In 2021, he joined the Public Procurement office as Principal Advisor where the main tasks include overseeing the Sustainable Procurement Department (which also acts as a sustainable public procurement competence centre in Lithuania) and the Electronic Procurement Department (which is responsible for the national e-procurement system, specialists testing system and consultation platform). He represents the institution on sustainable public procurement matters at national and international levels.
