Description
Rob Kempsell joined the Investment Security and Trade Department, Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office in July 2024. Since joining the department, he has been working on the implementation phase of the Procurement Act 2023. Previously, after joining the FCDO in 2001 he has spent several years in national security roles and held a range of posts abroad.
