Description
Fernando Matesanz is the President of the International VAT Association (IVA), the world’s leading network of VAT professionals. He is also Chair of the VAT Working Group of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisers (AEDAF), and Founder and President of the Madrid VAT Forum Foundation, a non-profit initiative fostering high-level debate and research on VAT. He has been a member of the Eu Commission´s EU VAT Forum (2018-2022) and is currently a member of its VAT Expert Group (VEG). His academic credentials include a PhD researcher in VAT Law (in progress) at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
