Description
Kaelen Onusko is an international tax specialist with more than 15 years of experience across the OECD, Asian Development Bank (ADB), and the Canadian government. She is currently a Project Manager at the OECD’s Tax Inspectors Without Borders (TIWB) and an Adviser to the OECD’s Task Force on Tax Crimes and Other Financial Crimes (TFTC). Kaelen has led multi-country initiatives to strengthen tax administrations and tackle illicit financial flows, combining policy development with capacity. She has supported high-impact reforms in over 35 jurisdictions and authored key policy reports and model legislation on tax transparency.
