Description
Ana Luisa is a lawyer (Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, Chile) with a Master’s in Taxation (Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez). She joined the Chilean Tax Administration (Servicio de Impuestos Internos) in 2010, initially in the Regulations Division. Since 2020, she serves in the Audit Division’s and on the Digital VAT Team which is in charge of implementing and controlling VAT applied to nonresident suppliers. She previously worked as Senior Tax Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and at KPMG. In 2022, she was designated as a member of the OECD Focus Group on VAT Enforcement and since 2023, has been serving as delegate to Working Party 9 (WP9) both positions maintained up to this date. In November of the same year, she was appointed by the OECD as a member of the WP9 Bureau.
