Description
Hilde Bervoets is a senior VAT advisor at the strategic expertise and support division of the Belgian Federal Public Service Finance (FPS Finance). Her field of expertise is VAT and policy design, with a focus on European VAT legislation and case law. She represents the Belgian VAT legislation division of the FPS Finance at European level as a delegate at EU Commission and EU Council level, where she took up an active role during the Belgian Presidency in the second semester of 2024. As longstanding Belgian delegate at WP9 and active member of the TAG since many years, she is currently member of the WP9 Bureau.
