Description
Dennis Lui is Deputy Commissioner (Indirect Taxes, Law and Investigation Group) with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), and concurrently the Chief Executive Officer of Tax Academy of Singapore. Dennis began his career at IRAS, where he spent over 15 years in various roles, including the GST Division and Enforcement Division. Dennis also held various leadership roles across Singapore’s Public Sector, serving as Senior Director (Finance and Administration) in the Ministry of Home Affairs and Chief Executive of VITAL Shared Services – Singapore Government’s Central Agency for Shared Services under the Ministry of Finance. His extensive experience spans tax policy and administration, financial management and digital transformation.
