Description
Hanna Lee is an adviser at the VAT Unit in the Centre for Tax Policy and Administration (CTPA) of the OECD. She is part of the team that oversees the OECD's work on indirect taxes, including the International VAT/GST Guidelines, the OECD recommendations for addressing the VAT challenges of digital trade, the OECD’s VAT capacity building work, including through the development of Regional VAT Digital Toolkits, the Consumption Tax Trends publication and the OECD Global Forum on VAT. In recent years, she has actively contributed to the development of Regional VAT Digital Toolkits and the provision of technical assistance to developing economies as part of the VAT capacity building initiatives. Before joining the OECD in 2017, she worked at Ernst & Young and Deloitte in the United States and Korea. She holds a Juris Doctor degree in law and an LL.M in taxation from institutions in the United States.
