Description
Jessica Dove is a Director of International Indirect Tax Policy for Amazon, based in Virginia, USA. She has over 25 years of experience in VAT and GST, having started her career with EY in the UK, later moving on to work for Vodafone Group as a Senior VAT Manager. Jessica joined Amazon in October 2017 and is responsible for overseeing indirect tax regulatory issues that impact Amazon’s wide range of businesses across the globe. She has been a member of the OECD Technical Advisory Group on VAT since 2013 and has taken part in several ‘Task Teams’ over that period, notably to provide business input to the development of the International VAT Guidelines and the VAT Digital Toolkits.
Jessica holds an Honors Bachelor of Economics and Political Science with French and German (University of Wales) and is a Chartered Tax Advisor in the UK.
