Nathalie Bidal is a senior global finance and tax leader with 36 years of experience at Procter & Gamble. She spent over two decades in local, regional, and global leadership roles in Finance & Accounting, where she built deep expertise across strategic planning, manufacturing and commercial finance, accounting, treasury, economic modeling, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and investor relations.
For the past 15 years, Nathalie Bidal has specialized in indirect taxation and currently leads Procter & Gamble’s Global Indirect Taxes Organization, overseeing VAT/GST as well as employment taxes and social contributions worldwide. Her experience spans VAT/GST compliance, international trade, M&A, implementation of VAT/GST regimes in multiple countries, and the deployment of e-invoicing and e-reporting solutions. She is also recognized for driving optimization of tax-related processes and systems at scale.
Since 2017, Nathalie Bidal has been an active member of the Business@OECD (BIAC) VAT team, contributing to global policy discussions and business perspectives on indirect tax developments.
