Description
Andrew Green is a senior economist who leads the productivity, firm growth and employment team at the OECD. The team’s work focuses on productivity, firm performance, business dynamics and the resilience of production networks. The work is often based on the team’s innovative distributed microdata projects, MultiProd, DynEmp and LIFT. The LIFT (Leveraging Inter-Firm Transactions) network co-ordinates an international network of national administrations, and researchers with access and interest in using VAT data for policy analysis. He was previously an economist on the Future of Work team at the OECD and at the U.S. Census Bureau’s LEHD (matched employer-employee data) program. He holds a PhD in economics from Cornell University.
