Description
Mr. Panuvat Luangvilai currently serves as Deputy Director-General of The Revenue Department of Thailand. Additionally, Mr. Panuvat also serves as the official spokesperson of The Revenue Department of Thailand. In his previous leadership role, he oversaw the Large Taxpayers Office (LTO), which is responsible for the administration and VAT collection from non-resident electronic service providers and digital platforms. He has extensive field experience, including serving as Head of a Regional Revenue Office. Earlier in his career, he contributed to several VAT initiatives, such as serving as Secretary of the Working Group preparing for electronic filing of VAT purchase and sales reports (2013) and Secretary for the development of VAT-related IT systems (2013). He also represented Thailand internationally, including delivering VAT workshops for the Bhutan Revenue Administration. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana University, USA
