Description
Richard is the Technical Lead, Intelligence Practice at Inland Revenue, New Zealand. He leads Inland Revenue’s Intelligence work programme which is focused on managing and mitigating the risk presented by tax non-compliance. Richard has worked at Inland Revenue for eight years and has previously held senior roles within the New Zealand Police and the Banking industry. Richard currently represents Inland Revenue on Working Party 9’s Sub-Group 2 (since 2023) and Sub-Group 3 (2025).
