Mr. Triyarith Temahivong, M.D., has over 30 years of distinguished leadership experience across public health, forensic science, and Thailand’s justice administration. He has held several senior executive positions, including Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Justice, Director-General of the Central Institute of Forensic Science, and Director-General of the Department of Special Investigation. He currently serves as Director-General of the Rights and Liberties Protection Department. His career reflects a strong record of institutional reform, policy implementation, strengthening governance, and a commitment to advancing human rights.
